Located in Belmont, the food packaging products are made from virgin sugar cane fibre pulp, popular trees and also cereal starches. The horticultural products are made from recycled paper and cardboard with peat and fertilizer added which are planted directly into the ground with the seedlings and plants. Fibre Packaging also has an exciting range of environmentally friendly Aussie Slouch hats that Allan will have on a sale at the Sydney Olympic Games.

In July last year they took over the Carlisle Squash Centre, making Squashworks the only squash centre in WA actively operating two centres. Both Dallas, Lynda and staff have participated in the Aussie Host Customer Service program going on to be awarded the status of a Gold Aussie Host Business. Innovative customer service initiatives include a new `stretching station' where players can warm up correctly before playing and cool down after games and introducing playing partners - putting players who don't have anyone to play squash with, in contact with other players.

Currently 70% of total sales are overseas - mainly in Japan. In the year 2000 sales to Japan have exceeded $1.2 million alone. Other overseas markets include the United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia, France, Hong Kong and New Zealand. Negotiations are currently in progress for distribution deals within China and South Africa. The Canadian market is being explored and plans to export are anticipated to commence by November this year.
