With new Management team, Belgravia Leisure operating the refurbished Leisure Centre for the past 15months, customer service rating shows 96% of clients would recommend the centre to someone else. In 2004/2005, Perth Airport welcomed  over 6.6 million passengers.  Recently, significant investment of around twenty five million dollars has been spent on an extension to Terminal One … the International Terminal … Adding two thousand five hundred square metres of floor space and fourteen additional check-in counters. The works included replacing all the existing check-in counters and installing a new checked baggage security screening and handling system.

Perth Airport is also a significant contributor to the state economy … a recent report found that airport associated activities represented more than two billion dollars a year or three percent of Gross State Product … directly and indirectly creating employment for sixteen thousand, eight hundred West Australians.

Perth Airport works closely with Tourism WA and DPI to encourage airlines to add more flights to Perth and continues to support the tourism industry within the state .

PDA Products is now exporting to Bangkok , Thailand with 2,400 kgs leaving their Belmont premises in the last month alone with another 600 kgs delivered to Germany .
